Once upon I time I could sharpen my knifes to razor sharpness by hand. Decades later my hands are no longer steady enough to do that. I spent 10 minutes reading the instructions and then ten minutes getting two 8" knives sharper than I could do it by hand. After using it a few more times I'll be able to get a knife sharp in under a minute. Seriously, I think I'll be able to sharpen a knife as fast as a professional chef does with one of their sharpening rods. In the first stage of sharpening, use the white coarse wheel to sharpen dull and chipped edges. In the second stage, use the pink fine wheel for standard sharpening and polishing the blade edges. Safe and easy-to-use knife sharpener for any kitchen.
