Baking just got easier. The Hamilton Beach 7 Speed Stack & Scrape Stand Mixer effortlessly mixes ingredients for every baking recipe from thick batters for cake and cupcakes to dense bread doughs and more. Simply twist the patent-pending Bowl Scraper during mixing to scrape the sides of the bowl. The Bowl Scraper improves mixing and saves time. There's no need to stop the mixer to use a spatula. The mixer has the same orbital mixing action as the higher-priced brands for complete bowl coverage, whether you're slowly folding in ingredients or whipping them at top speed. The stand mixer has a mixing guide, 7 speeds, and a slow first speed that reduces flour clouds and splatter. First speed is ideal for folding in dry ingredients, while high speed perfectly whips cream or meringue. The stand mixer's patent-pending design lets you stack the mixing bowl onto the base without difficult locking or twisting. The mixer's tilt-back head design makes it easy to access the bowl when adding ingredients or changing attachments. The stand mixer comes with the 4 quart stainless steel bowl, patent-pending Bowl Scraper, flat beater, dough hook and whisk. All attachments are dishwasher safe.

Make homemade bread, pizza dough, buns, and pastries easier with this 304 Stainless Steel Kitchen Stand Mixer. Designed with both kneading and fermentation functions, it helps complete dough preparation from mixing to proofing in one machine. The powerful motor kneads dough in as little as 15 minutes, while the hand-kneading simulation helps create better gluten development and a smoother, more elastic texture. With a large 7L / 6.6Qt capacity, stainless steel bowl, ingredient viewing window, and built-in temperature control, this dough mixer is a practical for families, baking lovers, and anyone who wants fresh dough without the arm workout.

The dough maker it's self seems to work very well. On a very stiff sourdough it did a surprisingly nice job! So it seems powerful enough on the first use. I also used the machine to control the temperature for the rise, which was one of the main factors in purchasing this unit. I gave the machine only 4 stars because the "instruction manual" is ridiculous. Obviously, a translation from another lanuguage into English! At one point both "kimono" and "hair" turn up in the manual! There are no instructions regarding normal ferment times and no way of customizing the setting for temperature. There is no website to download a better manual. I believe it will do the job I bought it for, but hope in the future to find one that gives me more choices and freedoms to customize my dough. For the reasonable price, it has earned space in my kitchen.. Jb. Scotsburn, NS. Sun Oct 04 2026
