Great product for the price. I've been using this machine at my boba shop for 2 weeks and it's not bad. However, not really a commercial rated product since the output is less than advertised. It's approximately 3-4 servings (170g per serving which is a standard) at once then wait 3-5 minutes for chamber to freeze soft serve again for reuse. The actual output is approximately 48-60 serving per hour at the most not 200 servings. It's still a bargain for the price and the quality of the soft serve ice cream it dispenses is excellent. The only issue that I have had, is cleaning the chocolate flavored ice cream.. Soap and Water is not quite enough, so I use One-Step cleaning solution that I have for my homebrewing. Solid machine, cools the refrigerated ice cream mix to "Ready to Serve" in 15-20 minutes. I used a 2 Wheel cart, added a shelf and mounted the Ice Cream Machine to it.
