This item was provided to me for free in order to write this review. Opinions expressed are my own. This is a fine little dresser for what it is. Its a cheap dresser that would not stand up to hard use. But if you can use your furniture gently and arent looking for an heirloom piece, its fine. I really like this dresser and think it’s a nice piece for the price. I gave it 4 stars because several of the pieces had minor damage when they arrived. Since everything was packaged very well, I assume the damage occurred before it was packed. I’ve included as many photos as I was able to upload of the damaged pieces for reference. Fortunately, once the dresser was assembled, the minor damage was not visible at all. There were quite a few pieces to assemble, so it took a while, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once assembled, it looks beautiful and is exactly what I was hoping for. Very happy with this dresser! It was relatively easy to assemble because we had all the parts/pieces, pre-drilled holes were accurate, and we took our time understanding the directions before we built. It was easy enough that after completing the first 3 steps together, I handed it off to my 13 year old to complete. He said it was just like building a LEGO Technic, if that provides a frame of reference for anyone. It is less expensive materials, but that shouldn’t be a surprise. The nightstand itself is good, sturdy, and exactly what I needed. Packaging was great and protective. The instructions were a bit hard to follow, due to the fact that none of the parts were labeled with stickers, and I had to keep flipping back to ensure I was selecting the right pieces. All of the hardware was in a single baggie and unlabeled, which meant taking time separating them into piles. These two night stands are tall and they are dark wood they are perfect for 100 or for a small space. This is the second one we've bought. Got this in black 2 years ago.....so impressed with the quality, and how well it's holding up, ordered another in white! Love the big deep drawers. Super smooth drawer action. Sturdy and pretty. Tips: 1. it's tall and heavy! Do not skip tethering to the wall behind it. 2. Lots of pieces and parts, give yourself room for the build, and use furniture scooties (those discs you put beneath furniture feet to move stuff around) because this will be too big and top heavy to lift safely. 3. Hand tightening the screws...ALL the screws...is carpal-tunnel waiting to happen. BUT, it's easy to overtighten and ruin the hole.
