This dog house exceeded my expectations. The material was lightweight but sturdy and resistant to leaks in the rain. The inside is spacious. Our medium sized dog (lab/pit bull mix that weighs 65 lbs) went in, laid down, and was sleep in 5 minutes--a sign that he was very comfortable in it. It was easy to assemble. We did it in 15 minutes. Lastly, I really like that the top opens so it's easy to put items inside, like the dog bed. I like the color and style of this dog house, however, it is not for a medium sized dog. At least the entry door is not big enough for a medium dog. it’s a perfect size for my German shepherd/black lab (75lb) , like perfect fit but but kind of a hard to put together, it absolutely needs two people to put it together, no if and or buts about it, even the instructions say so. It did come with everything you need to built it including the how to built it guide, it’s pictures you follow but still a tiny bit confusing at times.
