I think if I could give a half star, I would. I’d give this a 4.5 stars. First off, it ships in two boxes which is nice. It makes it much easier to handle once delivered. It comes packaged well and nothing was damaged in transit. Assembly is quite laborious. It took me a long time to put this together all by myself. There are a lot of screw and various parts. The MDF does seem a little soft. Someone else said that in a review and I didn’t quite understand what they meant until I assembled it myself. Some of the screws didn’t seem to grip the wood when you put them in. That being said though, it does seem like a sturdy piece once assembled so long as you don’t move it. It’s an impossible piece to move by yourself once assembled due to its size and the way it is held together. It does seem very sturdy once it’s placed in its final position. I did not have any trouble with the door or drawer alignment. I think it does look nice once is assembled and I love the storage of it. Nothing a trip to Lowe’s can’t handle, but whoever thought the M8-10 could thread anything never mounted a TV. NOTE on the legs - WIDTH 28” - solid but be aware of the width to fit under a large console. My wide BDI has midpoint legswheels and unfortunately they align perfectly w the stand’s legs, so I can’t tuck TV under and close to the console without offsetting it from center. Keeps clutter out of sight and was easy to put together - only downside is the stickers for covering screws really don't match the wood grain, but minor aesthetic issue and overall hardly noticeable since those are in the back of the stand itself/hidden by the doors..
