The chairs look great but there were a few issues: We ordered these in "natural" but what we got was "teak" (more reddish and not even a choice when we ordered). We purchased these at the end of the season when stock was low, and actually like the teak, so all is well. There are several reviews about about "reasonably intelligent" people having difficulties assembling these... and you can count us as two more. The instructions are fairly straightforward but getting the first step wrong can turn the process into a HUGE headache if the left and right connectors aren't positioned correctly (you might get lucky on your first try, but we didn't, and had to take everything apart, figure out the problem, and start over). The key is to make sure the gray rubber pad on each connector ends up on the BACK of the chair rear leg. Fortunately, we were cautious after reading about frustrations in previous reviews so only had to reassemble one chair. You'll be happy with the results if you get everything in the right place. Photos are attached showing the correct placement of the connectors (we wish the instructions showed this).. Ingrid. Fort Collins, CO. Wed Oct 14 2026

This set fits in a variety of spots in your outdoor space where near the pool or on the grass. Maybe even on your veranda. This set is very nice, sturdy, and exactly as I expected it to be. However, it arrived with two parts missing the holes needed to insert four of the screws. I contacted Wayfair for a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement unit had the exact same defect. We ended up having to drill the holes ourselves, which made the installation very time-consuming and tedious. Overall, the installation was honestly a nightmare and took much longer than it should have. That said, I really like the set itself and think it looks great in our backyard. I just wish the installation had been easier and the parts had been properly manufactured.. Gili. San Francisco, CA. Sun Sep 20 2026
