Add an ottoman to create the ultimate relaxing reading corner.

The chair is very pretty and looks perfect in the corner of my bedroom to be used as a reading spot. It was very easy to put together and actually lightweight enough that I could bring it into the house myself. I dinged it for one star because the seat cushion is very very firm- I hope it will soften up with time.. Cindy. Westerville, OH. Sun Jul 19 2026

This comfortable accent chair features a streamlined armrest design and generously padded, detachable seat and back cushions for optimal support. Upholstered in soft, breathable chenille fabric, it comes with a lumbar pillow for enhanced comfort. The chair is built with a durable solid wood framework and reinforced joints, supporting up to 250 lbs.

I found this armchair to be very beautiful and comfortable. It is suitably sized for people of various weights and is a real pleasure to sit in while watching TV or reading a book. I thought it was a nice touch that it comes with two small wheels on the legs, making it easier to move around when you need to clean underneath. My only reservation—honestly—is that I expected the color to be a bit darker. Since I have a baby and a dog, I’m not sure how long it will hold up in this color in my home; even with careful maintenance, the fabric seems like the kind that will show dirt very easily.. The chair features supportive cushioning and a high backrest that encourages relaxation while reading, watching TV, or unwinding after a long day. When I read some other reviews on this item and people mentioned it was for someone on the taller side, I figured it was meant for my family. I’m 6’, my son is 6’4” and growing, and the rest of us aren’t exactly short. First, let me say that assembly was a breeze. I put the foot rest and chair together in roughly a half hour. The wood bases are beautiful, heavy, and sturdy. And the upholstery fabric seems durable—as if it will be willing to put up with eldest and resist stains. But the best part of this set is that it fits my family! If you are tall and looking for a comfortable, supportive seat, go for this one!. Samantha. Toledo, OH. Sun Oct 25 2026
