Want to create a corner in your home that combines storage and aesthetics? This designer modern minimalist style armoire is just right. Made of selected P2 board, it has natural and delicate texture and full texture. The armoire design is simple and elegant, and the unique vertical stripe element adds a touch of sophistication to the whole, easily adapting to a variety of home decoration styles, whether Nordic, Japanese or minimalist style, it can be perfectly integrated.

I'm using it as a small office/desk. I had assemblers/handymen put it together and it took about 1.5 hours for 2 guys - that cost $220. I did not use the hanger/clothes pole. I got 2 black laminate shelves from Menards that are 12" deep to use as additional storage (see photo - top 2 shelves are NOT included in the purchase - I added these such that I can store more office supplies). I also had a hole put through the back of the unit for my printer cord which will sit on the top of the drawer. My laptop will go on center shelf. Cost of chest is very effective and materials are not the greatest but it does not look cheap when completed. I wouldn't store this anywhere with high humidity. Third one of these that I have purchased. I found them easy to assemble, and they have a sturdy structure - love that they are solid wood (except for the backing). Have stained all with Minwax wood finish oil-based ‘Colonial Maple’ Semi-transparent interior stain. They look great ! Though the boxes had encountered some bumps and bruises, the contents within each of my shipments remained safe from harm - I would attribute that to the solid packaging. Poor construction. Shelves fall out. I didn't have anything on the shelves and it fell to the bottom. The stain i ordered was described as brown, it's almost black. This armoire is the type of piece that brings old world charm to a modern space. I love how it brings a sense of story to the room. The biggest pain points for me were that it arrived with a big, jagged chip on the front leg, some odd stains on the wood in some spots that didn’t match the finish, and there were chips in finishing wax used to seal the wood that uncover an entirely different color underneath. I know the piece is intentionally designed to look vintage, but those specific elements don’t appear intentional. I did appreciate that all the doors are lockable, which wasn’t specified in the description, so that was a nice surprise, but the exterior plate covering the actual hole of the of the locking mechanism on one door doesn’t line up, so unfortunately it doesn’t lock. The doors that don’t have a key plate on the exterior do have sliding locks on the interior top and bottom. All in all, it’s truly beautiful, but not worth full price in the condition I received it..
