The shade arrived damaged but Wayfair is making good on that. It is VERY heavy but a unique piece. The hanging holes are not really level as we marked the wall distance between the two holes with painters tape and then put the tape on the wall with a level.... once hung it was not completely level! Great sconce! I hate using the overhead lights in my kitchen, and my kitchen doesn’t have windows, so it gets pretty dark at night even with the light it gets from the lamps in my living room. Because of my dislike of using the big lights, I have been searching for a way to avoid using them without putting a lamp on my kitchen counter and creating clutter. Cue this sconce! It checks all my boxes on clutter-free lighting and looks great.
