Not a smooth leather like the photo used for the item. When reading the fine print of the product description it does indicate a rippled leather. Photo is deceiving and the look of the textured leather is cheap. Disappointed to say the least.. Cathy. Au Gres, MI. Mon Sep 14 2026

These recliners in navy are very nice and comfortable. They have more of a sturdy cushion and straight backs. Good for us getting older and our friends to get out of. We needed some color in the room and the blue is a little dark but pretty. These recliners push back to raise your feet up…..no buttons or arms. No electric cords to try and hide. They come in two big sections and my husband had the first one together in about 30 minutes. Recommend these recliners.». Reba. Whitney, TX. Tue Sep 22 2026

Great color, material, easy assembly & quick delivery! Just tried today & so far like the comfortable feel. I do think the foot/leg rest is too short. I’m 5’6”, hubby is 5’7”, daughter 6’…my feet hang off at the ankles. Hubby has longer legs than me & hangs from about 3” above his ankles & daughter doesn’t fit her but she rarely sits on chairs (couch is her fav). It works good for us but if it was a little longer, would be great fit for us! However, not huge issue since we needed it quickly & price was perfection!. Karen. Lavaca, AR. Thu Oct 08 2026

FEDEX dropped the box on the porch. One 62yr old woman (me) opened the box, got the pieces inside and put it together alone. Just follow the clear instructions. It’s a nice quality, very comfortable, well made recliner. Has good lumbar support, a seating surface that is perfect - soft enough to be comfy but firm under that for excellent support. Headrest is not so high as to tip your head forward - hits perfectly behind the head. I can totally see myself falling asleep in this chair. Excellent purchase.. Kathy P. Ramer, TN. Sat Jun 13 2026

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable!
