When it first arrived I had a problem lining the holes up on the bottom to put the screws into, so Wayfair sent a technician out to properly tighten the screws into alignment. I love my my new chair it’s very comfortable and I love the forward lift to help me stand due to my mobility issues. Thanks Wayfair.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 20 2026

Mostly this is a great piece of furniture. The drawback are the manufacturers assembly instruction for the recliner are not properly detailed. Pictures are vague and incorrect, instructions are insufficient. One difficulty I have found involves the arms, they are not attached. To attach them you have two double ended bolts for each arm. Screw the bolts into the arm put the arm into the slots on the chair. Then, somehow, you need hands and arms thin enough and long enough to secure the arms with plastic knobs. My arms do not fit, I am not super buff and I am 6' tall so my hands can reach but space is limited. The position makes it very difficult to see the end of the bolt and secure the arm. I have given up trying for now. Hire the assembly option. Unless there is a unwritten trick to this, I am having trouble seeing how it is done without strain and annoyance.. Keith. Milwaukee, WI. A swivel recliner chair provides excellent support to your joints and back, thus eliminating chances of having pain or stiffness from sitting for too long in the wrong chair. And swivel chairs are practical in many ways because you can easily change direction to make it easier to get up or reach for an item that is on a table nearby.
