Was hesitant to buy this based on the one other review showing the baggy back support but I liked the look and took a gamble. Glad I did! The instructions aren’t super clear, so at first I made the same mistake as the other reviewer and got the saggy back, but then I looked at the product photos and instructions more closely and realized the back support needed to loop around the top bar before securing it the bottom. Once I did that, everything was perfect. The wood grain finish looks realistic. Cushions are comfortable and I love that they have texture. Very happy with the purchase.. Anonymous. Sat Sep 26 2026

The chairs are very nice quality, stylish and comfortable. The chairs took longer to assemble than expected due to the screws being very difficult to insert needing an additional tool to complete. I consider this a very good purchase.. Nancy. Pacific Palisades, CA. Wed Aug 19 2026

Great outdoor patio set with two chairs, a loveseat, and coffee table. Assembly was quick and easy. The metal construction feels durable and should hold up well in the weather. The deep seats make everything very comfortable.. Jaime. Suwanee, GA. Fri Oct 02 2026

The set was super easy to put together. I like that the cover is able to be removed from the cushions so you can wash it when you need to. I took away a star because the metal seems very lightweight so I’m curious to see how it will last overtime. It seems like it could be dented easily, but none of it was dented upon arrival. I also have concerns about the cushions. I don’t know if they will stay as plush throughout the life of this set.. Robbi Alyson. Houston, TX. Sun Sep 20 2026

Cute and modern chairs were the perfect low-profile look for this tight space. Pretty easy to assemble. This is the light camel cushion with black frame. Shipped within two hours of ordering and came in one box with materials well packaged and cushions vacuum packed. They are surprisingly comfortable. You can kind of slide down in them and get your head to rest on the back cushion, which is really nice. Cushions are zippered (they actually come off the cushions in the box, and you put them on) and appear to be washable. The legs are wood and look really nice, and they even provide little covers to put over the screws. However one leg came with a small crack in it already. Hoping it holds up.. Paisley. Nevada. This couch is awesome! I was nervous to purchase because it had no reviews at the time, but it's been amazing so far. My dad put it together for me, and it was a fairly easy process. It's extremely comfortable and seems really well weather proofed. It has been rained on several times (I finally bought covers though just for added protection), and it still looks great. My only complaint is that hair sticks to it, so my dog's hair sometimes gets all over it. It comes off with a broom sweep or leaf blower.. Cay. Arkansas. Fri Jun 21 2024

Love the black and brown combo. Adds a nice touch to my side porch. Love that the ottomans neatly slide under the chairs.
