Shipping was very quick and to my front door without issue. For a heavy package (drawer dresser)I was afraid some of the contents would be broken, but everything survived perfectly. I found the directions very very easy to follow with pictures and step-by-step directions. Each item piece was tagged with a letter of the alphabet, which the directions referred to.
