The Viking 17pc Cutlery Set is designed for the home chef continuing to refine their cutlery handling skills. Featured in the set are both the most commonly used everyday knives like a Chef Knife, and Paring Knife, plus additional styles like the Boning Knife and 5” Serrated Utility Knife, to expand your cutlery library with more advanced blades that make easy work of any culinary task at hand. The premium German steel blades are designed to deliver the ideal balance between edge retention and the ability to sharpen the blade while withstanding years of use. The heavy duty forged bolster on the handles help to balance the knife during use while protecting your fingers from sliding forward to the blade itself. The full tang triple riveted handles are ergonomically shaped to provide a secure and comfortable grip. The bolster end of the handle can also be used for crushing garlic, ginger, nuts, and more. The 16-slot cutlery block is made of sustainable Ash wood with Walnut color finish to compliment a wide variety of kitchen designs. This set includes: 8” Chef Knife, 7” Santoku Knife, 8” Carving Knife, 8” Bread Knife, 6” Boning Knife, 5” Serrated Utility Knife, 3.5” Paring Knife, 3.5” Serrated Paring Knife, 6 – 4.5” Steak Knives, 10” Sharpening Steel, Kitchen Shears, and an Ash wood block. The classic line features precision steel and a single-piece stamped construction. High carbon no-stain steel blades are durable, stay sharp, and will not rust. This 18-piece set includes knives for every kitchen task you will encounter plus eight steak knives.

Amazing, sharp knives. I’ve worked with these knives in the past. But, I finally have a set of my own!. Anonymous. US. Sat May 09 2026

High-carbon CR17 stainless steel blade. To boost its sturdiness, the steel contains 0.6-0.75 carbon. This makes it two times as hard as other knives in its class, as they contain about 0.3% carbon. Beautiful pattern: the special waved pattern blade is particularly striking (CR17 stainless steel kitchen knives, not real Damascus). Your investment is fully guaranteed. We offer a lifetime warranty and return policy. Ultra-sharp edge: it features an HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 57-58, which makes it among the toughest knives in its class. The thickness of this kitchen knife is 2.5mm. Ergonomically shaped handle: The blade of this chef knife is seamlessly integrated with the soft and comfortable Pakkawood handle, creating a perfect grip. The ergonomic shape strikes the right balance between the handle and the thin blade, ensuring ease of movement.

They’re ok. I feel like for the quality of the cut, the blades wouldn’t rust in water.. Julia. Melbourne, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great set in terms of a mix of knives that you'll actually use frequently. The shears are a big winner in this house too. We use the steak knives also for cutting smaller items and when my kids help with cooking. I am just so much happier when I cook with good knives. I don't know how my mother in law cooks with the dull junk she has in her drawer! :) I don't know that they are as top top quality as some single Wusthof's I've puchased in the past, but this is a wonderful set. Would make a great gift.. Jml2co. Minneapolis, MN. Mon Feb 03 2020

Overall, it's a good knife set. The knives are very sharp and look nice, but the blade edges seem a bit too thin and delicate. One of the knives accidentally fell on the floor, and the edge bent. I expected better durability from HENCKELS.. Meltem. Sun Oct 11 2026
