Crystal clear assembly instructions. Super spacious and comfortable and sturdy. The "grey tech fabric" does not look like the solid that is in the picture - its much more variegated. Not ugly, just very different. Over all very happy with the purchase.. Shari. Colorado Springs, CO. Sat Oct 10 2026

First off , the box it came in was in terrible shape. Whole back was open, corner torn off. Thankfully all the parts were there and the chair was not damaged. But FedEx- come on . Secondly and Im no newcomer to assembling items, the assembly was not a smooth process. Some of the screws took several attempts to bite . As for the chair itself Ive used it for a couple of days. Its fine. The foot rest is rather flimsy but overall so far Im pleased with the purchase and the price.. Timothy. Saint Johns, FL. Wed Oct 14 2026

Very easy to put together and heavy but QUALITY. Havent had any discomfort. Like others have said, the foot rest is a little unsteady because of how it flips over but Im a fidgeter so it works for me! Def recommend. B C Lark. Oklahoma City, OK. Sat Jul 11 2026

well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Anna. Toledo, OH. Tue Aug 04 2026

I’ve had the chair for awhile and I love it. It’s lasted so far and has endured a few cat hairballs and cleaned up well. I did change the wheels for rubber ones as soon as it was delivered, so I can’t speak on the wheels it comes with. It’s cat approved and worth the buy!. Remington S. Dfw Area. Wed Oct 07 2026

I also purchased for the head support, and it is the prefect height for my head. The headrest is not height-adjustable, which is the only downside I see. The wheels roll smooth. The armrests lowest level is a tad high, but that doesn't bother me or my posture.. Josh. Minneapolis, MN. Sat Apr 18 2026

Great chair. Comfortable. I don’t like the wheels, but they were easily replaced. My biggest issue is that this chair claims to be leather as a fabric texture… but it’s a soft sueded fabric. That didn’t end up being a deal-breaker, but “suede” isn’t quite the same as leather—even if they’re technically considered the same.. Kt. USA. Sat Aug 01 2026
