It’s great, size wise, for a large family. We like having the dual ovens and the large range. However, the griddle stopped working within the first couple months of owning it and almost ALL the knobs have broken off. I have tried numerous times to reach out to customer service, even with proof of purchase from Wayfair, and they have REFUSED to help or honor their warranty. Customer service is subpar and the product is just okay. We’ve had it for 3.5 years and are looking to replace it now because we can’t find replacement knobs and the griddle is useless.. Scott. So far, so good. We wanted a 48” built-in fridge to replace our 24-year-old GE Monogram. Looked for one with size and reliability being most important. Did not want bells & whistles, so this one was as close as we could get. Wish we could have purchased it without the huge ice maker that we very rarely use and without internet connectivity. Shelves are a tiny bit less deep than the last refrigerator, but it’s not too much of a problem. It’s working, keeps the food safe, and is very attractive.
