The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

The material releases no harmful components under high temperatures and resists deformation, odors, and rust for healthier everyday kitchen use compared to aluminum and coated alternatives. The one-piece seamless construction with rounded corners eliminates hard-to-clean spots, while smooth rolled edges protect hands during handling and the 2-inch deep sides accommodate lasagna, sheet cakes, brownies, casseroles, cookies, pizza, cinnamon rolls, and roasting chicken, meat, beef, fish, and vegetables. Bake, roast and fry to perfection with aluminized steel nonstick baking sheets. These heavy gauge baking sheets are made of commercial-grade aluminized steel to heat quickly and evenly while the double-layer nonstick coating ensures easy release and quick cleanup. Each sheet is reinforced with a solid steel frame around the entire outer edge of the pan. The steel frame gives each baking sheet stability, making it easy to take in and out of the oven while preventing warping. The aluminized steel construction distributes the heat evenly throughout the entire pan for more even cooking. The heavy gauge (0.8 mm), also improves and maximizes the heat distribution compared to lower-weight baking sheets, making sure every cookie comes out exactly as you want it to. The high walls of the baking sheep wrap around the steel frame and are designed to help keep juices in place when roasting. The double-layer nonstick is made without PFOA. The cookie and baking sheets are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing whenever possible to extend the life and performance of the nonstick coating. You can also extend the life of the nonstick coating and prevent chips or scratches by using wood, nylon, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils and abrasive scouring pads may scratch the surface but will not affect baking performance. The baking sheets are oven safe to 500°F and are perfect for baking cookies and pastries, pizzas, roasting proteins, veggies, frying eggs or fries, and so much more. Whether you are baking cookies or roasting a chicken, these baking sheets will give you the same tools in your home that professional chefs use every day.
