Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with most cooktops, however, it is not induction capable. Winner of America's Test Kitchen best Griddle/Grill for 2025

I wasn't expecting to use this as much as I'm now using it. It turns out, there are lots of meals that are easier to prepare on the grill, and it's easy to clean and reuse. Because it sits on a glass stove top, I have to be extremely careful turning it over -- but so far, so good.. Terry. Apex, NC. Tue Jun 16 2026
