I was worried there were no reviews yet, but took a chance. I’ve been looking for a navy blue velvet arm chair that was a mid century modern style, had deep seat, but not too wide for our space (less than 36 inches). The chair is as pictured and also the specs are accurate. However, I should have realized the back is not as high as our old chair but I’ve improvised and added a pillow for me to rest my head. The legs also seem darker than in the pics. It is comfortable to sit in so far and I prefer a firm seat. The back pillow has a zipper so you can take it out to clean or you can change the insert padding and it is reversible. The seat cushion also has a zipper and is removable but you can’t use the other side because it has velcros. Love the deep navy blue color and the soft velvet. Really simple to put together. It took less than 5 minutes. I like the frame the best, and the neutral seat covering color is a plus.
