These chairs are compact but sturdy. I love the Mid Century Modern look to them. Unboxing was a bit frustrating—the Styrofoam crumbled everywhere, creating quite a mess, and the screws were taped to it, which made cleanup even more difficult when removing them. During assembly, pieces F and G (the lower cross bracing) were especially tricky to align, and many of the screws didn’t line up easily with the predrilled holes. Step 10 was particularly challenging, as there were no predrilled holes for those screws, making installation much harder than expected. That said, with some extra time and patience, everything came together. In the end, the chairs are beautiful and feel very sturdy.. Christine. Wabeno. Fri Apr 24 2026

The assembly instructions were incorrect leading to much frustration. The chairs look great once assembled, but the stabilizing block either has to go right&left (not front&back like shown) or the legs have to be assembled with large holes to right&left (not front&back like shown). Additionally, there were not enough caps to cover the screw holes in either box. So while they do look good, I would not buy these again.. Christy. Hilton Head Island, SC. Sun Oct 04 2026
