Nantucket Sinks Steel Bottom Grid

The Shaker™ apron front fireclay sink is a modern interpretation of the 1897 original. Named for the design movement that believed less is more, this Shaker farmhouse sink takes a minimalist approach. Instead of the iconic apron front with rounded corners, the Shaker has a clean, rectangular shape with squared-off sides and thinner walls for a slimmer, more minimal look. Durable and lustrous, its classic farmhouse roots and authenticity are always apparent. And like all Shaws sinks, the Shaker is made by hand to last a lifetime.

High quality to go with my Shaw sink. Trevor. Stamford, CT. Sat Jan 01 2022

This is the original, the one that’s set the standard for all Fireclay farmhouse sinks with the classic apron front design. The Lancaster™ is made by hand in the same way since 1897 and is still in use today in 100-year-old English homes. Named for the county of Lancashire, the region where Shaws® sinks are made, the Lancaster has thicker walls and a lustrous surface that’s glazed not once, but twice. Durable, distinctive, and authentic, the Lancaster is for those who seek an original and believe that making a statement is one they make for themselves.

All the cache of an apron sink without all the additional labor. The cabinet must be of a design that includes cabinet doors and cabinet fascia panels or panels and that the apron front can rest over. Nantucket Sinks's only requirement is to make sure that the distance from the top of the cabinet to the top of the cabinet doors is greater than 5.5 inches to accommodate the apron. The high design looks with the ease of off-the-shelf installation.

Upgrade your kitchen sink with BLANCO’s custom-designed grid. Our sink grid is the perfect fit for your BLANCO sink and protects it from cookware, dishes and utensils. This stainless steel basin rack is designed to sit on the bottom of your sink and allows water to drain underneath, so you can rinse dishes without worry. Plus, it doubles as a convenient in-sink drying rack for all your glassware, utensils, and plates. Combine the sink grid with other BLANCO accessories like floating grids, colanders, cutting boards and more to maximize your sink’s functionality.

This sink grid has been an excellent addition to my kitchen sink! I’ve been using it for two years, and it still looks and performs like new. The quality is outstanding, and it has done a fantastic job protecting the bottom of my sink from scratches, dents, and everyday wear. I especially love that it keeps dishes and cookware slightly elevated, allowing water to drain freely while preventing items from sitting directly on the sink surface. It also makes cleanup much easier, since food particles can rinse underneath the grid instead of collecting around dishes. The finish has held up beautifully with no rust or discoloration, and the rubber feet keep it securely in place without scratching the sink. It fits perfectly around the drain opening, making it both functional and attractive. If you’re investing in a quality kitchen sink, this grid is a must-have accessory. It has protected my sink for the past two years and still looks fantastic. I highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Isabel. US. Fri Jul 03 2026
