Really amazing little media cabinet. Instructions were easy to follow and assembly was very simple. The hardware was sorted in resealable bags which makes the assembly process much easier and while the included screwdriver was a nice addition, I would recommend using a full size one as the little one can really cramp up a hand. I was a little bit intimidated in how I would connect the doors, though I found just laying it on its back with the doors the hinges line up perfectly. Was also a little concerned that rough particle board was used, but with the overall design of the cabinet and its general function I don't think it's something to have much worry over at all as the board construction seems sturdy enough as it is. Finally, while not a negative factor at all, I thought this was going to end up being an espresso or dark brown, but turns out its much darker, which is what I was preferring anyways.. Nathan. These are nice storage cabinets. It took about 8 hours to assemble two units. We put 2 of these cabinets in a nook in a bedroom. They fit perfectly Instructions were clear and helpful. The shelves are stationery but will hold many things. We like the added glass doors at the top, which make it a little nicer in appearance. I gave 4 stars because 1 of the tall doors came with only 2 holes bored for the hinges. So we had to wait for it to be replaced before we could finish. Wayfair is very fast to respond to damage or parts issue and they worked with the manufacturer to get the door replaced in just a few days! It did take 2 people to place the top of the unit onto the bottom half safely. This is a very nice piece and went together very well. Toughened glass doors can store the items you need, while you can also see the inside display. Any electronic device in the media center can easily receive signals through the glass. Pushing into the open latch helps you open and close the door easily.

This is a decent-looking and reasonably-priced cabinet that supports our turntable on top, then receiver, CD and cassette players on the adjustable shelves. The glass doors contributes to the appearance and function. Please note that the construction is thin compressed (imitation) wood, and there are no wheels, so mobility is challenging. The assembly is somewhat challenging, with a lot of hardware to handle and install. The hardware is bagged and marked separately, which is helpful. However, the instructions are only pictorial and do not have any text, and the process is unclear, requiring some trial and error.
