Amazing chair! Clearly I haven't been living my best lounging life because this is like the Cadillac of recliners. It is unbelievably soft and plush. The heat, massage and adjustable headrest are so nice. I have ankylosing spondylitis and my back hurts a lot and this helps relieve a lot of tension. This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. Outstanding value for the phenomenal purchase price, many wonderful features including Generous sized hidden "cubbies" in arms, quality built, cup holders both sides, USB charging ports & nicely sized side pockets on BOTH sides. Disappointed with assembly service offered. Many reschedules due to no one available. Stated to be easy no tools required assembly, but due to my mobility, dexterity & strength issues would NOT be easy for me UNDERSTATEMENT. I was barely able to get the 3 boxes into my home. They offer nothing in the way of removing my old chair, which I certainly am unable to do. Plus, I have to UNBOX & inspect it‼️ This chair states it is for the ELDERLY‼️Now just how do they expect an elderly person to accomplish that❓ Basically, I NEEDED to do everything but put it together. I essentially paid for a person to waltz into my home snap the chair together & leave for the close to $100.00 I paid. I believe that to be a bit steep. Also, & this is NOT Wayfair's fault, but there is NO physical manual that comes with this chair, it NEEDS a physical & INFORMATIVE manual‼️A manual can be found online but it is USELESS‼️NO instructions re: function of either controllers. This chair is gorgeous! The fabric is so soft and friendly on the skin. It works wonderfully. The buttons are clearly labeled and function perfectly. It was very easy to assemble. I’m so surprised at how much I love these chairs. I didn’t expect them to be so incredibly comfortable! I bought two and they add a beautiful pop of yellow to our family room. My husband was doubtful but he can’t stay off of them now. -) The electrical mechanism works well so far. You must lower the reclining mechanism to get out of them or the entire chair moves forward with you (so not super stable if used in that way), but just don’t rush and take the time to lower it to get out and you’ll be fine..
