This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. I purchased this recliner in navy blue. I LOVE IT. I waited for my son to come up and put it together for me. but he owns a business and is always busy. So I just cut the box down the end and slid it out to the room where it was going to be. Read the directions which were very easy and put it together by myself. I'm 78 !!!. a grandmother, and proud of it. If I can do it. anyone can. The fabric and color are gorgeous. The seat height is perfect for me. I love ordering from Wayfair. I've never been disappointed and never ever had to return anything. I've purchased a sectional, a very lg chair and ottoman, which my dogs just love when they can sit with me. kitchen carts and a lot of misc. items over the years. This lift chair recliner is truly awesome!! We’ve owned a few lift chairs over the years, and this one is by far the best — it reclines the farthest back and lifts the highest of any chair I’ve ever seen!! The fabric is so soft and plush, and with the heat and so many massage settings, this bad boy is so comfortable you’re not going to want to get out of it! It even has two really nice pull-out metal cup holders, one on each armrest. We actually shopped at a very high-end furniture store in town before getting this one, and honestly, this chair from Wayfair beats the lift chair recliners they had BY FAR! We got this for my mother, who has a very small room and is pretty tiny herself. Her last chair was smaller, and after getting this one, I have to say — even though it’s probably a little large for her room — I wouldn’t go back. That old chair just wasn’t comfortable or well made. This chair is gorgeous! The fabric is so soft and friendly on the skin. It works wonderfully. The buttons are clearly labeled and function perfectly. It was very easy to assemble.
