The product is quite nice. There are two reasons why I am only giving it a four star. 1. The holes don’t always line up nicely with the screws. It’s somewhat annoying and gets a bit finicky. 2. This is actually not product specific, but Wayfair really blew it with this order. They gave us three different dates as to when it would arrive. When I contacted them, they said they were sorry but it was basically just the way it is. This product ended up stuck at the US border. Love the chairs. Only 4 stars because they didn’t have threads in the holes in 2 of the chairs. The other set of chairs did have them. Fortunately, my husband figured out how to improvise but I thought I was going to have to return them. Feels and looks like real soft leather. Yes a slight odor but I expect that to dissipate soon. This chair is surprisingly sturdy. It’s really nice looking and the foam on the seat seems like it will last. It has a unique look too.
