I really want to give 5 stars for quality look and feel of fabric, legs, design and ease of assembly. Received bench which 1 side support and end major flaws - filled and covered up a miss-drilled hole in 1 end piece and a splice one side rail. Would never have purchased without a serous discount if at all. I have neither time or patience to undo partial assembly and rebox to return. Seem to be other comments after reading many more of them. Not a one off issue, buyer beware. Also has protective slides on the legs in white, on dark wood. Stands out and need to be switched to brown or remove.. Linda. Wesley Chapel, FL. Fri Aug 28 2026

Crafted entirely from wood, this bench is designed to blend seamlessly with any interior style, offering both function and style. Whether placed in the entryway, living room, or bedroom, its inviting natural finish adds warmth and elegance to your space.

The quality is very good, I'd say closer to 5 stars. There's some minor sheen differences in the wood that I expect will look more consistent after cleaning. Packaging was good also, very easy to break down and separate out the styrofoam and cardboard as I'm able to recycle both. However, the unit was damaged -- one leg where it curves to form the long "ski" broke clean through. I don't know whether to blame the packaging or the design of the unit (but it is very stout). Maybe the shipper. In any case, customer service was painless and really top notch. I opted for a discount. I ended up repairing the leg and I'm happy overall.. Paige. Anacortes, WA. Sat Nov 08 2025

The bench is perfect at the end of my king size bed. The color was exactly as pictured. It seems great quality. The only assembly required was the feet. The only complaint I have is there was a noticeable odor upon unboxing that has since dissipated.. Kirsten. Andover, MN. Sun Aug 23 2026

The classical demilune shape inspires the curved shape of the Prado bench. With an upholstered top and sides, the seat is supported by an exposed wood frame finished in Tawny.

Reluctantly removing one star because the color has more of a pink tone than pictured when I placed it in my room. It may work just fine in your space! The quality of the ottoman itself seems good. It’s much firmer than I expected, but that’s not necessarily a negative. If you’re looking for a soft or plush seat, though, this isn’t the piece for you.. Cindy. San Diego, CA. Mon Sep 21 2026
