The only drawback is the fit of the glass light shade. It appears off by about a quater of an inch on one side, but I think it's due to the design of the glass cover. We installed this light fixture in a spare bathroom. We purchased it based only on the photo in the ad, never seeing it in person. My husband talked me into it because he liked the brassy, dark look of it and I only agreed to order it because of the hanging crystals. I was delightfully surprised at how lovely it is and I am absolutely recommending it for the classy and quality appearance of it. The faux crystals are not colorful but still quite pretty. If you like the ad picture then you will like it in person a lot more. We chose bulbs that protrude a bit from the bottom, because we like that appearance, but you can install smaller ones that don’t. These are beautiful. Make sure you have right bulbs before hanging them. I bough these because they said max hanging height was 72”. They only gave extensions for 66”. Had to get another extension rod and reinstall but in end the product is just what I wanted. I am quite pleased with the lights. The only thing though, is like a residue on the lamp shades. When you turn them on you can kind of smell the residue cooking. That was kind of worrying me.
