I love this wine rack but it was a little bit of a challenge to install. Read the instructions twice. I missed the part that said to install the supports before hanging the brackets so I had to take it down and start over. Inferior quality. Had to put extra screws in it because it did not lie flat to the wall. The strip along the bottom of the rack where you would put your wine glasses is not lined up and is crooked.
