A couple of the reviewers had installation issues with this product so I was reluctant to order it, but I went ahead with it because it was the perfect size for our space. The bench is overall a higher quality than I expected, and we had no installation issues at all. All of the parts were there and everything fit just fine. You do need a socket wrench or some other kind of wrench to tighten everything up properly but with that, it came to together perfectly. Please, Wayfair, can you kindly request your vendors to stop using that material? Clean-up is challenging and can take days to get rid of all the little electrically charged pieces.
