Prized by professional chefs and home cooks alike, the 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware Set from Viking serves up superior performance paired with a beautiful, real copper exterior finish. Unlike some competitor cookware sets, the Viking 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set is made from real copper. Because of this, your professional cookware set will show color variations caused by heat, marks from fingerprints, and will develop a rich patina over time. These natural cosmetic changes to the copper will not affect its cooking performance. Easily keep your cookware set looking like new with a copper polish such as PennyBrite by EZ Brite or with a mixture of lemon and salt. Make pre-heating pans a thing of the past! Due to its high thermal conductivity, you’ll achieve perfectly uniform heating and unrivaled temperature control. Your copper cookware will not only heat up quickly, but it cools quickly as well, making it the perfect companion for cooks seeking precision and control in their cooking. That's why saucier’s and confectionerie’s prize copper cookware to handle these delicate tasks. When it comes to cooking with copper cookware, keep your heat low to moderate and let the pan do the rest! Featuring a durable 18/8 stainless steel interior, you'll never have to worry about copper or other metals leaching into your food. The aluminum-alloy core found in the Viking 13-piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set evenly transfers heat from rim-to-rim, eliminating hot spots and giving you the perfect sear each and every time. These metals distribute heat more evenly across the pan while also maintaining a higher cooking temperature, even while cooking on low-to-medium heat. Ergonomic handles reduce pressure on your wrists and ensure a comfortable grip. Vented, tempered glass lids help prevent boilovers and allow you to monitor progress without losing heat. The vented glass lids also provide stability on the pan, eliminating wobbling as steam builds up in the pan. The non-porous inner layer of stainless steel makes it easy to clean and sanitize yet it is non-reactive so there is no etching or interaction with acidic sauces or other ingredients ensuring that the cookware does not impact the flavor of your dish. The set also includes a single-ply stainless steel pasta insert that fits the 8-qt. stockpot, turning it into a multi-purpose pasta cooker. The pasta strainer allows you to cook and strain the pasta with the same insert, eliminating the need to use a separate colander or strainer. By removing the pasta directly from the stockpot, it allows you to save the water for finishing the perfect sauce just like professional chefs do. Keep the exterior of your cookware looking new by cooking only on low-to-medium temperatures and by regularly wiping it with a copper polish or by using a combination of lemon and salt. Washing your cookware by hand after each use and drying by hand as well will also help to keep its color uniform. It is recommended to store your cookware in a dry location. The shallow but spacious Rondeau maximizes searing potential for delicious one-pan meals and easy stove-to-oven braising. Chefs love the Italian-made Rondeau. With increased surface area comes less overlapping of ingredients, providing more of the caramelizing heat contact that adds depth of flavor. Once you’ve rendered the fat from the protein of choice, you’re free to sauté, braise, and reduce all in the same Rondeau—a one pan meal at its finest. Crafted in Italy, the Stainless Clad Rondeau is constructed from 5 layers of metals for improved heat conduction and distribution. Because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes, the 5-ply construction also cleans up in seconds. Its rolled rim allows you to pthe without spilling, and two looped handles make transport from stove to oven to table a breeze.

This pan is huge and really good quality. I cooked pancakes it, and they didn’t stick. It worked better than my nonstick pan.. Michael. Houston, TX. Wed Sep 23 2026

Very happy with this set. Came with everything we need and lids for everything. My family has been cooking with this set for several months now and it took some adjustment going from non-stick to a quality stainless but i wont be going back. The copper does develop a patina over time so they don't stay shiny new forever but thats the nature of copper and I do like the patina look.. Anonymous. Mon Oct 19 2026

For ultimate performance and modern elegance, equip the kitchen with a Hestan CopperBond Induction Copper Skillet. Constructed from 5-layers of 18/10 stainless steel and a 100% copper core for quick, even heating and exceptional temperature control. These kitchen workhorses are designed for quick heating, are ideally weighted, and have 20% more surface area than traditional fry pans for better browning, searing, and sauteing. The ergonomic handle has been designed for maximum comfort and control and is secured with flush rivets for easy cleaning and nesting storage capability. Handcrafted in Italy, these innovative, induction-compatible frying pans are oven safe to 600°F for superior cooking versatility.

This, for me, is the perfect in-between fit because I like temperature control and our All-Clad pans stay hot for a pretty long time. This pan, on the other hand, is very responsive but still retains heat, so it hits the sweet spot in terms of size (not splashing all over the counter because the pan is pretty big), weight (because it feels a lot lighter than our equivalent All-Clad Copper Core), and responsiveness (in terms of turning down the heat or adjusting up and down as you're cooking multiple items in a frying pan). I just love this addition to our family!. Juergen. Florida. Fri Sep 18 2026
