I purchased the 8X12' size for my living room. Order shipped sooner than expected & arrived in good shape. FedEX left package at my front door, which is a covered space & fortunately it did not rain. The rug has a very strong chemical smell & it's taking a few days to disappear. The rug arrived without any damage & looks really nice in my space. Overall very pleased with my purchase.. Norma. I got the 9x12 rug and I love the design. I put a rug pad underneath to give it some more cushion which helps since the rug is quite thin. I thought the rug would flatten out over time but these photos were taken after giving it about 2 weeks to flatten out on its own. The rug is very soft and comfortable but you definitely get what you pay for. A good value find but don’t expect this to feel like an expensive thick rug (even with a rug pad). Also surprisingly difficult to vacuum since it’s so thin and the vacuum clings to it like it would a fabric.. Jennifer. California. Sun Sep 27 2026
