The chair is comfortable. I sat in the chair in the store for 90 minutes doing work - computer, reading, and hand writing. (Thank-you staff for letting me do this on a slow Monday morning.) The reason that I am not rating it 5 stars: the arms are comfortable, but not as adjustable as I would like. One annoyance is that the pictures on the construction instructions did not match the chair. Holy cow. These were so reasonably priced for clinic chairs that can be sanitized and can tolerate a very heavy person or an elderly person who may need arms to help themselves up. No assembly required. The plastic bumpers on each leg that are meant to keep them from scratching each other when stacked were broken - just a few of them had snapped off in transit.
