The hose reel came very well packaged . The reel itself is very well-made, and is beautiful stainless steel. Unfortunately, I was unable to hook it up to my outdoor faucet because the attachment hose was too short for my need. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I may send it back or ask for a larger hose as you can see it's not going to work. The reel will be too close to the ground to put the hose on.
