It is beautiful but they forgot to put the crystals for the fireplace and the handles for the cabinet doors in with it. I didn’t get it assembled because it said it didn’t need it but I wish I had. It is too heavy for me and my senior husband to lift or move. Trying to find someone to help us since we have no family in town.. Cynthia. Depauw, IN. Sat Aug 29 2026

The ambience of the indoor living room electronic fireplace, with a surround fireplace frame with LED lighting effects, experience the impact of the dazzling light

Love the top of this fireplace!! It’s hollow but looks beautiful. We love the look of this fireplace even the original color looked nice. The other reviews are true the panels chip very easy at the corners but it wasn’t a problem for us bc we wanted a black fireplace. It’s kind of silly we bought this to paint it BUT we loved the look just not the color we wanted plus it was on sale and other black fireplaces were over 1500 dollars so we saved 800 with a little labor.. This isn't just heating, it's an experience that redefines modern comfort.

The 270 degree view of this fireplace is really visually appealing. Ambiance is great But, the sides are a little bulky looking on sides behind the glass panel. I feel it would look best as with a recessed mount. Installation as a wall mount is simple! The colors of the flames can be changed and look fantastic hitting the faux crystal placed at the bottom. Heat output is excellent even on low! Although, it is only has high and low as temperatures settings. A remote and everything you need for mounting is included. Overall, a very good unit and I would recommend.. C. King. Thu Jan 08 2026

This is so beautiful. Just what I wanted! I did not use the bottom piece because I wanted the fireplace to be shorter than the window. Assembly of the mantle was straightforward. However, the fireplace which basically didn’t require assembly, left me guessing as to where to put the LED light strip. Personally, I did not like the back lighting, so I unplugged them.. Cristina.
