My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process. I went through the chatbot with a customer service rep, uploaded pictures of the damage and it was quickly resolved and refund received.. Jayma. Irmo, SC. Wed May 06 2026

I like the color of these planks, and I think they will work well as a replacement for carpeting in my bathroom. Crafted using the carbonized flat pressing method, this flooring is first carbonized and then pressed at high temperatures and pressures, resulting in a floor that is more stable and more resistant to decay. We have bamboo floors in our condo and our refrigerator line leaked, warping a few boards. I was hoping the color would come close, but it didn’t. That said, the color is beautiful and the quality of this flooring is excellent and the grooves line up with our current gloor. We are thinking of replacing just the small kitchen area and leaving a transition line where it changes to the lighter color. There are 14 planks in the box, and each one is 40” long, so that’s quite a lot of flooring!. Debra. Reno, NV. Fri Oct 16 2026

Very sharp looking product... really goes well with darker cabinets, our Betsy's Linen wall paint color, well everything we have in our kitchen especially the teak. The end joints don't click together as easily as I expected, still dialing that in- but lengthwise seems pretty substantial.. Dave. Washington. Sat Aug 08 2026

Beautiful finishes and amazing quality,

Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! I have yet to install it but seems fairly easy like all other click lock flooring.. Steve. Wisconsin. Thu Nov 20 2025

It also comes in many colors and styles, so you're sure to find the perfect pattern for your renovation.

Was just what I was looking for. 4 stars as the pattern has some "knots" that looked too fake and repeated too often, but those I will use under furniture. overall the color was perfect and the texture very good. Its a bedroom so not heavy traffic. Very easy to lay and cut around edges. The glue seems not strong at first, but after it lays a day or two it seems to bond tighter. This was light maple but it looks more like a slightly washed oak.. Sue. Savage, MN. Mon Oct 19 2026
