As others have said, the colors in the photos are very misrepresentative - they are much more dull and grey. That said, the rug feels great underfoot and everyone in my house has spent time standing on it. There's no way a door would be able to pass over it and I feel like it would make a table or other furniture feel off balance, so would recommend more for a runner or area rug that sits in the middle of a room.. The Pink nose sheep rug is shaped like a fluffy sheep and is a true artisan creature. Combining different heights of soft wool pile achieving the messy look of ship's fur, the rug has slightly rounded borders, showing the silhouette of the head and the ears. Handmade braids form the legs of the sheep, which are attached loosely through a small opening in the rug and easily removable when washing the rug.
