This is a gorgeous, high quality piece of furniture. Overall, I am very satisfied. However, there are 2 sets of holes in the headboard where the side rails attach. Since we had to use the innermost set of holes, the outermost set of holes show, past the side rails, which looks a bit tacky. The bed is beautiful. Even more than what the photo shows. Customer service was horrible. My delivery was rescheduled over and over because of poor customer service.
