This pan is really cool. I just got it so I don’t have a long time of use, but I love it so far! Some non stick pans have a lot of hype but when you use them, it doesn’t work like advertised. Had to replace the old copper bottom fry pan when the handle broke. That won’t happen to the new one with a full stainless handle. For those who like cooking with cast iron but love the versatility of a clad stainless steel pan, the Viking Blue Carbon Steel 12-Inch Wok is the perfect pan. This pain is as close as it gets to perfection! It heats evenly, is scratch-resistant (no plastic or silicone tools required) and is as close to non-stick as any other pan I've tried and I've tried several! It's so much less finicky than my stainless steel or carbon steel pans. Worth every single penny and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. The size is perfect for things like browning taco meat or large batches of sauce. The high sides mean that my stove top stays clean because nothing is splashing over the edges.
