This pillow arrived in a tightly plastic wrapped, square-ish package. I honestly did not think it was the bolster pillow...but it was! I removed it from the packaging and attempted to fluff it, without much success. I let it sit overnight and it did improve, but it is not yet in a cylinder shape. I am not holding out much hope, but I may toss it in the dryer for more fluffing. Meanwhile, the pillow color is exactly what I wanted, which is great. I am using it inside for my lounge area. It is a Sunbrella fabric, too, so I know it will be durable. The cover is zippered, so it can be removed to be washed, if necessary. This body pillow for adults arrived very compacted but opened to its full size quickly. I love the fabric with the HUG!HUG! Appliqué. I put it on my bed and was surprised that it was so short. I checked it out last night and it proved to be extremely comfortable. I tried it under my knees and neck. I turned to my side and positioned it and found it was very comfortable.
