It’s definitely heavy! It took my father and me about five hours to assemble. The little door won’t open, so I’m guessing we may have done something wrong during assembly. I still love it, though! Love this shelf for our toddler's room. It's incredibly sturdy. Very easy for my to put together by myself, though an extra set of hands would have made it even easier. The shelves are at a fixed position. I think this is what makes it so sturdy, but a little bit of a bummer it's not adjustable. The height between shelves is a bit too short to store the traditional storage "cube" bins. Beautiful panel! Bought this with the gate separate piece and attached this to to my wall and the other side to a wooden shelf unit that was built with our house. Very sturdy. Just received this kids table today. It took about half an hour to put it together. Instructions were very clear, with easy to understand images. It really is Very sturdy, and that was what I was looking for. Also was looking for something with adjustable legs. I have the height set at 22 inches tall which is perfect for my purposes: I'm using it for my faceting machine.
