We are so happy with this bed! My 9-year-old daughter absolutely loves it. Like some of the other reviews mentioned, it does take some time, but I chose to build it in sections over two days, which made the process very manageable. I was able to assemble almost the entire bed myself. My husband only had to help me carry the bookcase sections upstairs because of their size. For the price, I think this bed is an excellent value. It completely changed the look and feel of my daughters room and gives her a fun, cozy setup that she genuinely enjoys. Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome of the bed. Assembling the bed is a timely process. The instructions says two persons are required for assembly. Not true. I completed the job by myself, which is likely the reason it took 7-8 hrs to assemble. Attention to details is necessary for assembly there are very few words in the pamphlet so the pictures are your path. The delivery however did require two ppl to lift. I read reviews and was pretty intimidated when I started building, but everything went well. I had all of the correct parts, and I found the directions clear. I don’t have a picture showing the bookcase side headboard, but it’s very nice. The base has so much storage and the whole thing is sturdy. This is my daughter’s tiny college bedroom so storage was important! It took a Wayfair professional assembler over 4 hours to put it together, and she did a fantastic job. The only complaint is FedEx which lostmisplaced all my orders and they were awful about accountability. I went to the service center and after 2 hours of searching, we found my orders and they put them in my car. It was in 2 boxes and weighed a ton.
