We purchased two of these fans for our house. One is located over 20 ft in the air. The description stated the fan is reversible from the wall switch or remote. After the electricians installed these fans we found out this was not true. The only way to reverse the fan is at the motor and even with a four ft down rod it is 19 ft in the air. We bought 3 fans, 3 different sizes. We have installed 1 of them at this point. The fan has a simple, clean style. It works well, cools the room on low speed. We like the adjustable light. We like the look, it is a nice improvement over the outdated fan We had. I gave it 4 stars because the remote and our switch are not compatible. We will leave the switch on and only use the remote.. The item arrived well packaged and installation was relatively easy. The very last part of install was the light and there were two male connections instead of a male female, but just cut the end off and hardwired it not a big deal.
