Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. Finally found one that lasts! When you hit brew on either side, it takes a minute to heat the water before it starts coming out but you can hear it so you know it’s doing something. As with many items from China, the instruction manual is lacking enough details. I’ve never owned a coffee machine like this, so I relied on the manual from A to Z. and the lack of detail is a little frustrating. There is a lockunlock on the milk frother, but there are no instructions on how to use it. And there is a capsule holder, but no guidance in the manual on which capsules to buy and how to use them with this machine. Likes Frothing milk without brewing coffee is awesome. And I realized that I can adjust brewing volume to make more coffee than the default setting produces. The machine works efficiently, the coffee tastes good, and the frothed steamed milk is super fun. Overall I’m happy with the machine and look forward to trying all of the settings.
