This is a very sturdy easel and not difficult to assemble. I wish it were a little taller. The clear panel is a fun feature my daughters like to trace each others faces. I really like that when you close the "drawers" it clicks into place and feels like it will keep dust etc out. It is well built, heavy and sturdy and holds a ton of stuff. The wheels on it are perfect so you can move it around as needed. The top also makes a great cat bed for a larger kitty. This is my third Royal easel. I want one in every classroom I work in, which sparks a new purchase now and then. I’m not sure how kindergarten teachers live without one of these. I purchased an extra magnetic lined whiteboard. I made that one a permanent “free choice” board so that I don’t have to keep erasing the other one if we want or need to keep working on whatever we are doing that day. I also keep a pocket chart on the open side and use the main magnetic whiteboard many, many times throughout the day. The removable lined board is also used many times throughout the day.
