Assembly was really difficult and some of the holes were missing that should have been predrilled but overall it was a great decision.. Elizabeth. US. Tue Oct 13 2026

Great shelf. Pieces were sturdy and seemed like they will withstand wear and tear in a classroom. Was not the easiest to assemble--I was not strong enough to screw it without a drill, and one step in particular required another person to help align all the pieces. The box was missing the inserts for the baskets, but contacted the manufacturer and Wayfair sent me replacements within the week.. Kristi. Beavercreek, OH. Mon Aug 17 2026

This innovative tower puts an end to disorganization and wasted space. With its modular design and ample storage capacity, you can neatly tuck away supplies, toys, or any other items, freeing up precious square footage in your space. And thanks to the convenient casters, you can easily move it around to suit your changing needs.

I would give this tower 5 stars, but it took over 2 months to ship to me and was a hassle to actually get it here. I also think the cost is on the higher end. Having said that, it is exactly what I needed to store my knitted projects for my home business. I really like that when you close the "drawers" it clicks into place and feels like it will keep dust etc out. It is well built, heavy and sturdy and holds a ton of stuff. The wheels on it are perfect so you can move it around as needed. The top also makes a great cat bed for a larger kitty. I am happy with my purchase, but I will probably not be ordering through this company again, because of the freight shipping.. Janna. Rapid City, SD. Fri Jul 09 2021

Here’s a stronger, polished version that keeps your frustration clear but professional: Writing I was super excited to receive this as a birthday gift and couldn’t wait to use it in my new teacher position. Unfortunately, after putting it together, I noticed numerous flaws and issues with the product. One of the flaws is significant enough that it actually prevents me from properly using it. I am extremely disappointed, especially since I was so excited to receive and use this product. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to anyone. I will also be requesting a full refund due to the quality issues and the fact that the product cannot be used as intended.. Teresa. WI. Sat Aug 22 2026
