Love this rug! I debated getting it for quite a while, wasn’t sure what it would look like. Semi-final verdict texture in the pattern and hide material really work. The color is ivory, with some variations as to be expected. Works well with browns. My decor is eclectic, a combination of antiques and modern and this really works. It did arrive with a stain and was wet from the inside (the cardboard tube was wet, not the outer wrapping), so it’s not lying fully flat and had a stain. The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries. I purchased 5x8 size. Great quality! Looks high-end. The color palette of this rug is warm tones, not cool tones. Note for reference, the pictures included in this review the chairs have warm toned wood and ivory colored upholstery, and floors are a neutral grey tone. Rug lays flat except for the one edge that was rolled the smallest, but you can put heavy books around edge for two days and it will flatten out.
