I think this couch is very comfortable, not too firm but not too squishy either. Its good structure for a couch in an area where you will be sitting up and talking with others rather than lounging in front of the TV. I find it comfortable enough for lounging but my husband does not. He prefers ultra plush squishy couches. The material is great. The color is true to the image. It came well packaged.. Elyse. Overall very pleased with this sofa, it is extremely soft plus it is very reasonably priced for its size and look and it was also fairly easy to assemble. Only thing that surprised us was the delivery method since it comes in various boxes at different times, so it was a little bit of a scare when we got notified that the couch was delivered and it was only one (not so big) box, but then we received the rest, instructions are also a bit tricky especially when starting to build but it becomes easier as you go by!.
