The quality of this sofa/sleeper is exactly what I ordered! It sits firmer than I thought but not uncomfortable. The storage area underneath is large and a plus. The sleeper part is easy to lay out. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product. The service to assemble the sofa/unit on the other hand, was not good. The first crew did not assemble it correctly and didn’t quite seem to know how to put it together. I had to contact Wayfair as I knew it was not done right, couldn’t even sit on it! I requested them to send another crew to resembled it correctly. This took more time and effort than I desired, a couple of additional weeks. However, Wayfair made sure it was taken care of and completed to my satisfaction. They listened to my concerns and made this right in the end. Great quality, easy to pull out the sleeper. A little higher seat than your average sofa, which is great for my tall family. This sofa took my husband at least four hours to put together. A lot of the stuff on it did not lineup correctly and he had a lot of frustration. The fabric is stiff and somewhat itchy to my skin. The cushions are thin and provide very little cushioning for your body. Also as you can tell by my photos, the wooden slats show from underneath the cushions and it makes it look tacky. I think I’m gonna have to try to sell it because it’s not going to work for us. I’m sure I’ll lose money in this process. Save your money and look for something better! But I guess if you are in a money pinch, it would work for a guest room and a bed. But other than that, it’s not good for people who want to binge watch TV for hours on it.
