This roaster allows you to completely cook ribs in under an hour. It has an internal roasting rack that elevate ribs off the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their own juices or other flavored liquids.

I have never heard of this brand. I really wasn’t expecting anything special. I love being wrong! I have always had glass bakeware. This is all I use now. These are so well made!
